Annuity Marketing Service began working with agents in 1991. The President and founder has over 30 years of experience in marketing annuities. AMS’s Vice President of Sales has over 25 years of experience in the annuity business. This experience is of great value to you today not only in helping you build your business, but because of the complex regulatory environment in which we find our business today. Since 1998, Mike and Keith have been teaching insurance regulatory continuing education on index annuities – so they know how they work. AMS is currently working with Jack Marion to develop proprietary classroom continuing education on index annuities. Included in Mike’s and Keith’s experience is working in various distribution channels; national and regional wirehouses; independent broker dealers; regional money center banks and community banks. They also work well with the independent producer and independent financial planner.

AMS Management Team

	Michael “Mike” H. Sause – Mike is the President and Founder of Annuity Marketing Services. He began working in the insurance business in 1971. From 1976 to 1988 he was Chief Marketing Officer for United Companies Life which specialized in the sale of annuities. In 1991, he founded Annuity Marketing Services. Today, AMS is a nation-wide marketing organization distributing wholesale insurance and security products. Mike is also the developer of AnnuiCare®; the first annuity/LTC combo product in the insurance business. AnnuiCare® is a revolutionary approach to the long term care issue and will change the way Long Term Care is sold in the future.
	C. Keith Cook – Keith is the Vice President of Marketing for AMS. He has been working in the annuity field since 1974. Keith has a vast amount of experience in the annuity sales field, across all distribution channels. He also has over 20 years of experience working in the home office of an insurance company.
	Rhonda S. Lewis – Rhonda is the Vice President of operations for AMS. She has a tremendous amount of annuity experience. From 1981 to 1991 Rhonda worked for an insurance company whose primary business was annuities. She was AMS’s first employee in 1991.
	Margaret P. Langlois – Margaret is the Licensing and Contracting Administrator/Forms and Supplies Administrator for AMS. She has been working with AMS since 1991.
	Heather "Missy" T. Cobb – Missy is a Brokerage Consultant for AMS. Missy worked in the home office of an annuity insurance company for 10 years. She worked with policyholders and agents during that time. Missy has been with AMS for 8 years.
	James “Jim” Pitchford – Jim is a Brokerage Consultant and Life Specialist for AMS. Jim managed the policyholder service department for a life insurance company for over 30 years. The company’s primary business was life and annuities. Jim has been with AMS for over 3 years.
	Rae Morel – Rae is AMS’s newest employee. Rae has worked in the annuity business for many years. Previously she was a sales consultant for the underwriter of AnnuiCare®.
	Cathy Mackie – Cathy has been working with AMS since 1998. She processes new business, making sure all the information that the carriers need is provided so that cases are issued rapidly.
